Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items ordered for local pick up must be collected within 7 days from date collection notification is sent or they will be returned to stock.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt if bought instore or proof of purchase if purchased via the website. We will happily exchange/replace them or issue you with a credit note for the current selling price. .

There are no returns on underwear, socks or hair accessories due to hygiene reasons, even if they have not been worn.

Your statutory rights are not affected

To start a return, you can contact us at weedotesbigdays@gmail.com to request the return. Items must be received by the 14th day. Returns should be sent to Wee Dotes Big Days, 237a Falls Road, Belfast, BT12 6FB.

The customer must pay the return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable 
Made to order and Personalised items are non-returnable.

Underwear, socks and hair accessories are non returnable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
